About Spin Doctors

Thirty years. It’s an eternity in rock ‘n’ roll and a marathon for the bands who fly its tattered flag.  Revisit the class of 1991, when the Spin Doctors released their chart topping album POCKET FULL OF KRYPTONITE featuring the hits “Little Miss Can’t be Wrong” and “Two Princes.”  With an additional 5 albums to their name, the Spin Doctors is still making music likes their lives depend on it and still shaking the room.

About 10,000 Maniacs

10,000 Maniacs has a lot in common with Jamestown, New York, the city that spawned them back in 1981. Both are honest and hardworking, a step outside the mainstream and both posses a bit of magic. “It’s a city of blue-collar poetry,” says keyboardist Dennis Drew, “and that’s what we’re about, real-life stories.” The band has covered plenty of ground in it’s 35-plus years, from cult-herodom to international stardom to their current status as a cornerstone alternative band.

This show is part of the Fred’s 2019 Summer Concert Series.
