Peachtree City, GA – Carol Kelley will be the new General Manager for the Frederick Brown Jr. Amphitheater, hired by the venue’s new management team, PTR, LLC.
Based in Peachtree City, Kelley has nearly 30 years of experience working in events. Kelley graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Music. After college, Kelley worked in Atlanta for Turner Broadcasting, Variety Playhouse and Center Stage Theatre. Kelley then went on to work for the City of Jacksonville managing the Metropolitan Park Amphitheater for 17 years, where she was an event manager and general manager. Recently, Kelley resided in California and has been the co-owner of a freelance event management company for 9 years, where she is a consultant for various events.
Kelley will work under PTR, LLC to manage the overall venue day-to-day operations at The Fred Amphitheater. PTR, LLC is a joint venture of Atlanta based companies Premier Events, RCS Productions and Ticket Alternative and were recently approved by the Peachtree City City Council as the new venue management.
“I am excited to become a part of the Peachtree City community and look forward to using my experience in the music and event industries to continue providing an exceptional entertainment experience to audiences at The Fred,” Kelley said.
