Tickets may be purchased online through Ticketmaster.com. A fee is assessed on each order. There
are no refunds once tickets have been purchased.

By Phone
For tickets or information, call Ticketmaster at 404-249-6400. A fee is assessed on each order. Phone orders are not accepted through the FRED box office.

In Person
The Box Office, located at the venue, is open 9AM to 5PM Monday-Friday, Noon-9:30PM Saturday (Show days ONLY). The Box Office opens on selected Saturdays at 9 a.m. for on-sale dates. The Box Office is not open on Sundays and select legal holidays.

Will Call
Will Call tickets may be picked up after 4:00pm the day of the show.

Program Changes and Cancellations
Artists are subject to change. If an event presented by the FRED is canceled or postponed, any changes will be announced – if time permits – on a postcard sent to your home, on the website,
and in advertisements in local newspapers. If you would like to confirm that a concert is taking place, phone the Box Office at 770-631-0630.
