On March 26, a powerful EF-4 tornado ripped through downtown Newnan and Coweta County, devastating the community. The tornado was more than a mile wide as it moved through Newnan with a maximum wind speed of 170 mph. More than 1,700 homes suffered damage, with 70 homes completely destroyed and 120 suffering significant damage.
Bridging the Gap (BTG), the concert beneficiary, is a nonprofit organization based in Coweta County, whose mission is assisting hungry, homeless, and hurting people. Concert proceeds will help those in need due to the storm damage.
This is a socially distanced concert with limited tickets available.
