Join us at the Fred Sunday, May 2, from 4:00 p.m. โ€“ 6:30 p.m for #Newnan Strong โ€“ A Tornado Relief Benefit Concert. This concert for a cause brings together some of the region's best acts for a great night of music to benefit the victims of the Newnan tornado.

Our special guest emcee is Glenn Burns from Channel 2 Action News' Severe Weather Team 2. Performers include Ed Roland of Collective Soul, Kevn Kinney and Tim Nielson of Drivin N Cryin, Brian Bisky, and Mike Rizzi performing with John Driskell Hopkins of the Zac Brown Band, Michelle Malone & Doug Kees, Diane Durrett, Caroline Aiken, MosesMo of Mothers Finest, and Vintage Vixens.

On March 26, a powerful EF-4 tornado ripped through downtown Newnan and Coweta County, devastating the community. The tornado was more than a mile wide as it moved through Newnan with a maximum wind speed of 170 mph. More than 1,700 homes suffered damage, with 70 homes completely destroyed and 120 suffering significant damage.

Bridging the Gap (BTG), the concert beneficiary, is a nonprofit organization based in Coweta County, whose mission is assisting hungry, homeless, and hurting people. Concert proceeds will help those in need due to the storm damage.

This is a socially distanced concert with limited tickets available.
