2026 FRED BOX OFFICE HOURS: 

The Fred Box office will be open on concert days 1 hour before the gates open.

• All tickets are subject to applicable processing and service fees. Ticket processing and service fees are the same for all purchases made online, via phone or at the Box office.
• We strongly advise fans to purchase only through FreshTix, the venue’s authorized ticketing agency. The Fred cannot guarantee the validity of tickets ordered from third-party vendors or ticket resellers and assumes no responsibility to refund or provide venue access for unauthorized tickets.
• Some shows may be listed as ‘special engagement’ events. Series pre-sale and same-seat availability is not guaranteed on special engagement events.
• There is an 8-ticket limit per order.
• Showtimes are subject to change. Refer to times listed on the Fred’s website on each concert page for details.
• All shows are rain or shine. Should severe weather warrant revising showtimes or postponing events, we will announce details on the Fred’s Facebook page. Additionally all ticket buyers will receive update emails directly from FreshTix.
